In this problem, remember that %28x%5E%28y%29%29%2F%28x%5E%28z%29%29=x%5E%28y-z%29. In other words, when you divide like bases with exponents, you subtract the exponents.


Also, keep in mind that negative exponents basically tell you to 'flip' the fraction of the base.




So in short, %282x%5E2%29%2F%287x%5E7%29=2%2F%287x%5E5%29 where x%3C%3E0
