5y - 3x = -10
5y = -10
y = -2 --> (0,-2) is the y-int

To graph it, solve for y
5y = 3x - 10
y = (3/5)x - 2

Then pick values for x and find y:

10...4
Plot those, draw a straight line thru them
Only 2 points are needed for a straight line, not 3.
