You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-5(z+3)+2z=0
Multiply -5 to every term in the bracket.
(-5)*z+(-5)*3 +2z=0
-5z -15 +2z=0
-3z-15=0
-3z =15
z= 15/-3
z=-5
