You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let x = amount of .08 cement. 2= amount of .63 cement
 x+2 = amount of .19 cement

 The equation to solve is
 .08x + .63*2= .19(x+2)
 .08x + 1.26 =.19x+.38

 Subtract .08x from each side:
 .08x-.08x + 1.26= .19x-.08x + .38
 1.26=.11x + .38

 Subtract .38 from each side:
 1.26-.38 = .11x+.38-.38
 .88=.11x

 x=.88/.11= 8 bags
