Question 307139: What is the volume of a hemisphere with radius five? (My school asks that you do not multiply by pi yet, and to leave the answer at its simplest form)
My work: 4/3*pi*5^3 divided by 2 = 4/3 x pi/1 x 25/1 = 100/3 pi divided by 2 = 100/3 pi x 1/2 = 100/6 pi cubic feet.
This question counts towards my final grade for essential mathematics. Am I doing it correctly? Thank you!
