V= 1/3 pi*r^2 *h
300 = 1/3 *3.14*10^2*h
h=300 / 1/3 *3.14*10^2
the height of the cone will be about 2.88 cm
It will be very difficult to hold a cone with that height.
The radius should be reduced to get a height of cone to about 12 cm or more
