You can put this solution on YOUR website! Set up a ratio.
Percent means out of 100.
5 is to X as 10 is to 100 (10/100=10%).
5 out of 50 is 10%.

Since it's less that 100%, it has to be less than 1.
So 4 1/6 can't be right.
