There are 25 integers from 1 to 25, inclusive. 9 of those 25 integers
have one digit, and the remaining 16 have two digits. So the 9 one-digit
numbers account for 9 digits written and the 16 two-digit integers account
for 32 more digits written, so that's total of 9+32 or 41 digits.
