mutliply both sides by 12...

+%2812%2F3%29%282h-5%29+=+%2812%2F4%29%283h-15%29+
+4%282h-5%29+=+3%283h-15%29+
+8h-20+=+9h-45+
+-20+=+h-45+
+25+=+h+

--> h = 25
