There are many problems with this question.
It is in the wrong category. This is a travel word problem not an age word problem.
It is not written in understandable English.
"How many farther" means nothing .
Do you mean "boa" or "boat" ?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
How much farther can a boat traveling at a rate of 15 kilometers per hour for x hours travel than a second boat traveling at a rate of 18 kilometers per hour for x-3hours?
---
Distance = rate*time
1st: 15x miles
2nd: 18(x-3) = 18x-54
-------------------------------
Equation:
(18x-54) - 15x = 3x-54 miles further.
