You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the varible which is 3 and subtract 3 from 4 and make it 1 and then use a graph like this one ______________________ and then lable the #'s 1 through 4 and then mark #'s greater than 1 my mom tolf me when i was 12 to make a x on 1 so you know what the #'s are then make a arrow on the end I would do maybe 4 #'s thenmake the arrow like this one ->.
Volla your done hope this helps

3y%3E4
%283y%2F3%29%3E4%2F3

y%3E4%2F3
draw a typical xy graph
since x=0 the line drawn will be vertical
it says y is not equal to 4/3 so at 4/3 on your graph circle it on the y-axis but do not fill it in.
Y is greater than 4/3 so draw a line straight up from the circle u made at point 4/3 and put and arrow head on top.
