This converts degrees to radians
You have 45 degrees
In order to convert the units to radians, you need
(degrees)*(radians/degrees)
The degrees cancel and you're left with radians
45 degrees x 2%2Api%2F360 radians/degrees = 90%2Api%2F360
90%2Api%2F360+=+pi%2F4
