Let y = the 10's digit
Let z = the ones digit

100x + 10y + z = the number

Write an equation for each statement:
"the hundreds digits is two times the ones digits."
x = 2z
:
"the ones digits is two times the tens digit."
z = 2y
:
replace z with 2y in the 1st equation
x = 2(2y)
x = 4y
All the digits are even numbers
from this we know y has to = 2 then x = 8
