When y is the same in both coordinate points it infers thats
the line is a horizontal line..
Since y is always -5, only x changes
Therefore the equation for a horizontal line is
y = b and in this case b is -5 (that is where the line crosses the y axis)
so for this particular line the equation is:
y = -5
