Question 30259: I have 77 patients. 2 of the 77 patients were treated poorly. If my Threshold is 100% excellent treatment, what is my compliance expressed in %? I am getting myself lost. I did p/100=2/77 then I did 77/77p=200/77 then I did p=2.59740 or round to 2.59 but that does not make sense. Can you help me?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
To find the % you have to divide the total number of patients by the number you treated poorly. Or (77-2)/77 or 75/77 or 97.4% of total received excellant treatment.
What you calculated 2/77=2.6% which is the poor treatment rating.
