Note: square root = ^(1/2)
[5x^(1/2)] = 4 + [(x-4)^(1/2)]
Taking square of every terms throughout the equation
This becomes:
5x = 16 + x - 4
5x-x=12
4x = 12
x = 12÷4
x = 3
