i am not sure waht you mean...you have written something that is ambiguous.

You could mean +%28-1%2F%288k%29%29+%3E+-1+ in which case we have:
+%28-1%2F8%29+%3E+-k+
or +-k+%3C+%28-1%2F8%29+. Now divide by -1
and hence +k+%3E+1%2F8+

or you meant +%28-1%2F8%29k+%3E+-1+ in which case we have:
+-k+%3E+-8+. Now divide by -1
and hence +k+%3C+8+

Both situations use the same rules, namely if you multiply or divide by a negative number, the inequality sign swaps round.
