Question 301700: What is the volume of a pyramid 5 feet tall if its base is a square 4 feet by 4 feet?
I tried it several times, but I'm worried that I'm not doing it right.
Volume = 1/3 x Length to the second power x Height
Volume = 1/3 x (4x4) x 5 = 1/3 x 16/1 x 5/1 = 80/3 = 26 2/3 cubic feet.
This is for my final exam in pre-algebra. Please let me know if I did this wrong, thank you. Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source):
