60SECS=1 min
50/60=5/6 min
60mins=1hr
(5/6)/60=(5/6)(1/60)=(5/360)=(1/72)
so its 1 mile per (1/72)hr
to get 1 hr we have to multiply by 72
so the person is going 72mph

lol i dont know why he said 1.2 mph...if u can run a mile in 50secs ur going faster then 1.2mph.....dont know what he was thinking 72mph is correct

50x=60
x=60/50
x=1.2 mph. is the speed in mph.
