Assuming the ends are flat:

Vol = [r^2*(arccos((r-h)/r) - (r-h)*sqrt(2rh- h^2)]*Length
= [29.5^2*arccos((29.5-20)/29.5) - (9.5)*sqrt(59*20 - 400)]*470
= [29.5^2*1.242919 - 9.5*27.92848]*470
= 816.33*470
= 383675 cubic inches
=~ 1661 gallons

Change to cubic ft
