42=(24-w) OR T=42/(24-w)
54=(24-w) OR T=54/24+w)
42/(24-w)=54/(24+w)
54(24-w)=42(24+w)
1,296-54w=1,008+42w
-54w-42w=1,008-1,296
-96w=-288
w=-288/-96
w=3 mph is the wind speed.
