SOLUTION: How do I solve the following equation: The correct answer is 0.4, but I am not understanding how to get that.
7.1= 6.8 + Log .8/X
71.-6.8 = .3, so
.3= Log .8/x
I am not sure

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 7.1= 6.8 + Log .8/X
Subtracting 6.8 from both sides:
.3 = Log .8/x
10^(.3) = 10^(Log .8/x)
10^.3 = .8/x
x = .8/10^.3
x = .401
