if 100% of 280=1*280=280
to find the number for a % u divide the % by 100. ex 80%/100=.8 95%/100=.95
so 95% of 280=.95(280)=266
so if u are decreasing 95% u are subtracting 95% of 280 from 280
so its 280-266= highlight%2814%29
