You can put this solution on YOUR website! They tricked you. We don't need to be concerned with weights. It was thrown in to confuse you and it did.
x+y=2940
.25x=(x+y)*.20
x=2352., y=588.
588 gallons of water
2352 gallons of 25% NaOH solution.
