6 times reciprocal = 6/x
x+ 6/x = 5
x^2+6 / x = 5
x^2+6 =5x
x^2-5x+6=0
x^2-3x-2x+6=0
x(x-3)-2(x-3)=0
(x-2)(x-3)=0
x= 2 or 3
