To draw the graph of -3%3Cx%3C3

This says "Shade all the pointe between -3 and +3". 

1. Draw a number line:

-7  -6  -5  -4  -3  -2  -1   0  +1  +2  +3  +4  +5  +6  +7

2. Draw circles at -3 and ar +3

-----------------o-----------------------o----------------
-7  -6  -5  -4  -3  -2  -1   0  +1  +2  +3  +4  +5  +6  +7

3. Shade all the points between them:

-7  -6  -5  -4  -3  -2  -1   0  +1  +2  +3  +4  +5  +6  +7

That's it!
