You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This seems a little sick, but this works. Divide the team as specified with 24 names.
1/2 = 12 players
1/4 = 6 players
1/6 = 4 players
1/8 = 3 players.
This totals 25 players.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/2+1/8+1/6+1/3=9/8 not 8/8 or 1
As cute as the other tutor's solution is, it isn't mathematically correct.
It can't be solved with the fractions given because they add up to 9/8.
