Simplify:
b%2B2x=3b
Subtract b from both sides:
b%2B2x-b=3b-b
Simplify:
2x=2b
Divide both sides by 2:
2x%2F2=2b%2F2
Simplify:
x=b (with infinitely many solutions)
Check: Pick any number for X and use the same one for B: 10:
10-20=30-40
Simplify:
