Complex roots come in conjugate pairs, so -4i is also a root.
If you mean the multiplicity of the the 2 root is 2:
(x-2)*(x-2)*(x+4i)*(x-4i)

= x%5E4+-+4x%5E3+%2B+20x%5E2+-+64x+%2B+64
