You can put this solution on YOUR website! 5x + 2y < 10
2y < -5x + 10
y < -(5/2)x + 10/2
y < -(5/2)x + 5
OK, so plot the line y = -(5/2)x + 5. This line is where y EQUALS the right hand side. Then where is the region on the graph where y is LESS than the righthand side?
