I am trying to help a young man out with his home work.
Apparently it has been a while for me as well, so would you please help us with this math question?
Fresh milk cost $2.50 per liter. how much will (a) 20 liter, (b) d liter cost?
I need to figure out first what kind of math question this is and how to put it in the right written format. This way I should be able to research those type questions and be of better help to the next person I decide to help.

20*$2.50=$50.00 IS THE ANSWER FOR 20 LITERS OF MILK @ $2,50 PER LITER.
D LITERS WOULD COST $2.50 TIMES D.
