Question 291735: Find the center and the radius of the circle. Then graph the circle by hand.
x^2 + (y-3)^2 = 16
I know to find the center and the radius of the circle that you need to write the equation in standard form but I don't know what to do with the x squared.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the center were (0,3) what would the equation look like.
It would be x^2 + (y-3)^2=r^2
