This problem makes no sense.
Neither the slower train nor the man inside passes the faster train.
The faster train may pass the slower train in 16 mins.
Which train are we measuring? A Slow 29 kph or B fast 56 kph?
The only thing which makes sense is for the man on the slow train to measure the length of the fast train as it passes in 16 minutes at a relative speed of 27 kph.
27*16/60=(3*2*2)*4*9/(2*3*2)*5=36/5=7.2 km (4.47 miles) which is a very long train going rather slow at about 35 mph.
