x radians * (180/pi) = y degrees
.7865 * 180/pi = 141.57/pi
(guess you could by long division take 3.14 into 141.57 then use decimal portions to get minutes and seconds)

the 45 is the degrees
take the decimal portion times 60 to get minutes

3 is the minutes
take the decimal portion of this times 60 to get seconds

so about 47.27 seconds
45º3'47.27" now that is with a calculator
