5.The cost of a bag of doritos from the vending machine is $0.04 more than half of the cost of a bag of doritos from a 8 package box. The bag of chips from a vending machine is $0.70; what is the cost of the bag of chips from the 8 package box?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let cost of a bag from an 8-package box e "x".
Then cost of a bag from a vending machine is "x/2 + 0.04"
EQUATION:
[x/2] + 0.04 = 0.70
x/2 = .66
x=$1.32
