x2-y2=40
(y+2)^2-y^2=40
y^2+4y+4-y^2=40
4y=40-4
4y=36
y=36/4
y=9 ans.
x=9+2
x=11 ans.
Proof:
11^1-9^2=40
121-81=40
40=40
