You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are different ways to solve thewe. One way is to put them into the slope-intercept form; which is;
y=mx+b; where m is the slope and b=y-intercept;
x+y=7
y=-x+7
slope = -1%2F1
y-intercept= 7
-x+y=6
y=x+6
slope=1%2F1
y-intercept=6
-x+5y=5
5y=x+5
y=1%2F5x+1
slope= 1%2F5
y-intercept=1
y=-2x+7
THis one is alreadey in slope-intercept form;
slope=-2%2F1
y-intercept=7
When you are graphing, the y-intercept is your first point. Then from there sith the slope, you find your next point.
ex. y=-x+7
First point will be; (0,7), then fom that point with the slope= -1%2F1.
You will move down one unit and to the right. Then from that point you move dwn one unit and to the right. Then you connect the ponts with a line. When the slope is positive you will move up and to the right.
I've drawn all the lines for you, try and figure out which belongs to which equation.
