You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Your problem makes little sense. What integer or fraction do you want?
6 and 6/1 are my integer and fraction!
-a/b=-4/9
-9=-4/9*4+b
-9=-16/9+b
-81/9+16/9=b
-65/9=b
y=-4/9*x-69/9
A better form for the equation is
9y=-4x-69
