The question is poorly worded.
I don't have to give any dimes at all. I can replace them with 10 pennies and / or 2 nickels.
Normally, one dime will be given.
1- 5 bill $5.00
2-$1 bills $2.00
3 quarters $ .75
1 dime $ .10
1 nickel $ .05
4 pennies $ .04
