if I = 4 then P = 4, U = 5, R = 2

r+i=6
r+u=7
i+p+7=15
i+p=8
p = 8-i, r = 6-i, u = i+1
If i=4 then p=4
if p=4 then i=4
if u=4 then r=3 and i=3
but we are told each country sent a different number.
