You can put this solution on YOUR website!
one factor of x%5E3+%2B+2x%5E3+-+11x+-+12 is x+%2B+4.
Find the remaining factors.

Since x + 4 is a factor, then x = -4 is a zero. Use synthetic
division with -4

 -4 | 1 2 -11 -12
    | -4 8 12
       1 -2 -3 0

So we have factored the polynomial as

%28x%2B4%29%28x%5E2-2x-3%29

Now we factor the trinomial:

%28x%2B4%29%28x-3%29%28x%2B1%29
