You can put this solution on YOUR website! THERE IS ONE APEX AND A BASE FOR PYRAMID.SO IF BASE HAS 3 SIDES/3 VERTICES..THEN THERE WILL BE 3 EDGES CONNECTING 3 VERTICES TO APEX..SO THERE ARE 3*2=6 EDGES IN ALL 3 IN THE BASE 3 ALONG SIDES
SIMILARLY IF BASE HAS 4 SIDES THERE WILL BE 4*2=8 EDGES
