You can put this solution on YOUR website!
EQuation is:
let x be the age
1x%2F6%2B1x%2F12%2B1x%2F7%2B5%2B4=1x%2F2 ---> multiply the whole equation by 84

14x+7x+12x+420+336=42x
33x+756=42x
9x=756
x=84

Hence, he lived for 84 years.

Let x = Diophantus' age.

1/6x + 1/12x +1/7x +1/2x + 5 + 4 = x
9 = -1/6x -1/12x -1/7x -1/2x + x
9 = 9/84x
756 = 9x
84 = x

I hope that is right?
