Divide through by 10 in the numerator to get x^2 - 3x + 2.
Then factor numerator to get (x - 1) (x - 2).
Now factor denominator to get (x - 1)(x + 1).
Cancel out common factors on the top and bottom and
the answer is: (x - 2)/(x + 1).
