The angles must have the same terminal side.
We use theta + 360, where theta is the given angle.
-316 + 360 = 44....This is one of the angles.
To find a negative coterminal angle, add -316 to -360 = -676.
In other words, when you need to find negative coterminal angles,
use theta + (-360).
