Simplify.
1%2F9-%282%2F3%29sqrt%28-1%29%2B%28-1%29 note that sqrt%28-1%29%2Asqrt%28-1%29=-1
And now put sqrt%28-1%29 back as i since that is what teachers expect.
1%2F9-%282%2F3%29i-1
So %281%2F3+-+i%29%5E2=1%2F9-%282%2F3%29i-1
