The easiest way to find intercepts, is to set x and y, respectively to 0, then solving.
x: y=3%280%29%2B2 or y=highlight%282%29
y: 0=3x%2B2 or x=highlight%28%28-2%2F3%29%29
Therefore, x-intercept: (2, 0), y-interecept: (0, -2/3)
