Do I times 180 mph with 7 miles, and the same with the 5 miles?
Please help. I appreciate it.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
r*t=d
(180+w)*t=7
(180-w)*t=5

t=7/(180+w)
t=5/(180-w)
set them equal to each other
7/(180+w)=5/(180-w)
w=30 mph
