You can put this solution on YOUR website!
area of aquare =36
so width of square =6
The perimeter of the square = 6*4=24
the width of rectangle is 2/3 of width of square = 2/3*6 =4m
let length of rectangle be x
2x+8 =24 (perimeter of square and rectangle is same)
2x=24-8
2x=16
x=16/2
x=8 m
The length of rectangle = 8 and width =4.
so area = 32square meters

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
36m^2 =s^2
s=6
the length and width are both 6.
perimeter =4s=24
2/3*6=4
rectangle width=4
2(L+W)=24
2L+2*4=24
2L=16
L=8
W=4
area=8*4=32
