where lowercase y and x is represented by a point (x,y) and m is your slope. Plugging things in and you get:
Y+-+1+=+4%28X+-+5%29 Use distributive laws
Y+-+1+=+4x+-+20 add 1 to both sides
highlight%28Y+=+4x+-+19%29
